It envisages selecting artists from different districts of San Francisco to form a new collective, then travelling between their districts to hold events. Each participating artist would host and curate the event in their own area. Performance, installation, exhibition and other forms were encouraged, in homes or public spaces. The text sets out recruitment, announcements and a year-long sequence of events, through which different communities might encounter one another repeatedly. These are plans within a proposal, not evidence of a realized exhibition or public programme. The ideas and timetable are retained as a document of possible collective work.
