Image and content

Several rock photographs overlap at different positions and opacities. Pine branches at the left and a rock wall at the right broadly join, but stepped rectangular edges remain around the perimeter. Sky and stone appear in translucent layers, with local clarity changing across them, making both displacement and overlap part of the spatial construction.
