A skin macro fills the entire frame with small rounded marks, pore-like depressions and uneven surface relief. Brighter highlights and short fine hairs interrupt the texture. No objects or identifying facial arrangement remain; warm pale tones deepen toward brown-red, concentrating attention on the surface rather than complete facial features.
